1. Working theory and features
1.1 Working theory: changing the clearance among cartridge, seat and flow, changing the currency resistance though valve in order to adjust the circuit.
1.2 Balancing valve belongs to adjusting valve. It's specialize valve which can adjust the pressure and show the numerical value, it is also a kind of energy saving product with accurate controlled value.
1.2.1 Balancing valve is designed as the 55o with the cannon and the liquid, this can reduce the loss of pressure.
1.2.2 The body is made of bronze which erode-resistant. The seat is made of Teflon which can endure high and low temperature. The o-ring is made of EPDM which is very durable.
1.2.3 Bearing very good circuit-adjusting function and accurate controlled value of handwheel.
2. Using occasion
2.1 The designed temperature for using this valve is between -25ºC and + 150ºC. Nominal pressure is 2Mpa. The suitable medium is water and steam.
2.2 Balancing the flow in boilers and chillers
There are always parallel connection installed several sets in one water supply system. The different resistance of the setups makes the different flux of the sets. It can make sure to obtain the enactment and ensure the safety of them if to fit balancing valves for each boilers or chillers.
2.3 Balancing the water flux of the ring pipelines
2.3.1 Can be fitted in the lateral return pipe of the first time pipeline.
2.3.2 It can make sure of the second time pipeline's flux same as the designed numerical value, and keeps each set working up to stuff. When the chiller needs to be connected with several refrigeration sets, it can be fitted in each set.
2.3.3 It can be fitted in the areal of heat supply system and be used for the flux balance keeping. It should be fitted at the entryway because of the different heat source and the different distance from the destination.
3. Installation and use
3.1 Install in water inlet pipe or return pipe
3.2 Install on straight pipe ensuring accurate measurement
3.3 If the original system is installed balancing valve, but the system need some changes or improvement, it is necessary to reset the water flow rate.
3.4 Designing ideal flow rate after the system is stable. Can not open it at will and seal it by aluminum and fixing.
3.5 This valve has two sample points located in front and back faces. It is convenient for measuring of different direction.
